B.A.R.N. 2024 Ag Award Winners
Last night at the Berks County Ag Center, the Berks Agriculture Recourse Network presented its Excellence in Agriculture Awards celebrating the achievements of local leaders who are making a difference in our community. Awards were presented by State Senator Judy Schwank and Courtney Shober. Jamie Kratzer (Tressie S. Caton Women in Agriculture Award), Jason Hugg of Berks Weekly (Agriculture Journalism Award), Frecon Farms (Agriculture Communications Award), and Harvest Moon Aquaponics Farm (Bountiful Berks Award). Each of these winners has made a remarkable impact on agriculture, from sustainability and innovation to community building and excellence in their fields.
