Mario Villalobos-Berrios – Charges: Burglary, Contempt for Violation of Protection of Abuse Order. On March 1st, 2025, Mario Villalobos-Berrios unlawfully entered the victim’s apartment through a bathroom window while the victim’s son was showering. He then chased the victim outside, grabbed her, stole her phone, and fled before police arrived. Additionally, on March 2nd, 2025, Villalobos-Berrios was charged by the Reading Police Department for violating a Protection of Abuse Order filed by the victim. DOB: 08/03/1990 6’2” / 200 lbs. Michael Fos – Charges: Strangulation, Driving Under the Influence. On January 14th, 2025, Michael Fos was in a parked vehicle with the victim outside a bar when he grabbed her by the throat for approximately 30 seconds and bit her face. The victim was able to escape and ran into the bar, where she called the police. Fos fled the scene before officers arrived. Additionally, Fos is wanted for a DUI charge filed by the South Heidelberg Township Police Department on December 8th, 2024. DOB: 04/04/1972 6’0” / 220 lbs.
