GRCA to conduct Wage & Policies Survey

March 31, 2025 - 05:49 PM - Berks Weekly

The Greater Reading Chamber Alliance (GRCA), in partnership with the Lancaster Chamber of Commerce, today announced that it is conducting a Wage & Policies Survey. The intent of the survey is to gather wage and policy data from businesses across Berks County to create a valuable resource for local employers.

All Berks County companies are invited to fill out the survey, which is free to complete and will contain local and regional data on wages, benefits and workplace policies.

Recruiting and retaining a qualified and engaged workforce ranks as one of the top challenges of most businesses today. GRCA’s Wage & Policies Report will provide a comprehensive benchmarking tool for companies to stay competitive by providing local wage data and information on relevant company policies.

“We understand that attracting and retaining top talent is an ongoing challenge for employers. That’s why we’re committed to providing valuable resources to support this need. By partnering with The Lancaster Chamber of Commerce on this survey, we aim to deliver insightful data that will help employers stay competitive in the search for top talent,” said Keith Stamm, Director of Workforce Development, GRCA.

The Wage & Policies Report is a great benchmarking tool for organizations to evaluate their offerings in comparison with the local Greater Reading average. The survey will close on Friday, June 13. New Data will be available in October 2025.

All Berks County companies that participate in the survey will be given a discount on the purchase of the report. GRCA members who participate in the survey will be given a larger discount on the purchase of the report. Companies who do not participate may still purchase the report at full price.
