*Adults Only* These mindful meet-ups last approximately 45 minutes and offer a chance to ground ourselves in the present moment. During our walk, we focus on each step, noticing the sensation of feet meeting ground and the body's natural movement. We pay attention to physical sensations, thoughts, and emotions as they arise, helping us stay fully present. Through a steady pace and balanced awareness between relaxation and alertness, we develop a deeper sense of calm, clarity, and connection to our surroundings.
These short introductory Meet-ups are scheduled on the first Sunday of every month in conjunction with the Nolde Mansion Open House (no walk/open house in July).
The meet-up location for these walks will be in the Mansion Garden @ 1 PM.
**This program is not intended for large groups. If you have a group of more than 5 people who would like to attend this style of program, please contact our office at noldeforestsp@pa.gov to schedule a private group program.**
