Jason Nival was convicted by a jury today of 3rd Degree Murder and Conspiracy for the murder of Eric Ferrer in Reading. On January 18, 2023, Nival and his two brothers fired 10 shots into the vehicle the victim was driving. Nival remains in custody pending sentencing on April 2nd. The case was investigated by City of Reading Police Sgt. John McKeever, and tried by ADAs Colin Boyer and Wayne Bridgham.
