Structure fire in the 700 block of Birch Street in the City of Reading, reported to be smoke from a garage. Caller states they believe it to be trash barrels inside garage.
Update: Firefighters say they saw kids running from the alley way upon arrival, found burnt debris, but nothing on fire.
