The National Weather Service has issued a Snow Squall Warning for Berks County until 9:15 AM.
At 8:37 AM, a dangerous snow squall was located along a line extending from near Belvidere to Bloomsbury to East Greenville to Wernersville, moving east at 55 mph.
Intense bursts of heavy snow and gusty winds leading to blowing snow and rapidly falling visibility, especially in higher elevation locations. Wind gusts greater than 35 mph. Travel will become difficult and potentially dangerous within minutes.
