West Reading officials have provided an updated timeline from UGI and their contractor for the completion of the Penn Avenue restoration and paving.
- September 11th: Finishing concrete work in the 600 block
- September 12th: Beginning to mill Penn Avenue beginning in the 200 block while doing concrete work in the 700 block
- Week of September 15th: Paving and marking of Penn Avenue
September 21st: West Reading Fall Fest
