Severe thunderstorms moved across Berks County Saturday afternoon dumping heavy rain in many areas, which caused flooding in and around the Spring Street Subway in Reading. Despite the barricades, a small suv became stuck in the water. The occupants were able to walk out, and later pushed the car out.
